s 35 Financial provisions.
There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament— (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under or in consequence of the provisions of this Act other than section 32; and (b) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State with the consent of the Treasury for the purposes of his functions under that section.
