(1) This Part of this Schedule sets out the powers exercisable by ... English and Welsh constables ... (referred to in this Part of this Schedule as “ relevant officers ”) under sections 28M and 28P(1). (2) In this Part of this Schedule— “ the 2006 Act ” means the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006; “ items subject to legal privilege ” has the same meaning as in the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (see section 10 of that Act); “ the ship ” means the ship in relation to which the powers set out in this Part of this Schedule are exercised.
