s 10 Regulations
(1) Any power to make regulations under this Act includes power— (a) to make different provision for different purposes, (b) to make consequential, incidental or supplemental provision, and (c) to make transitional, transitory or saving provision. (2) Any power to make regulations under this Act is exercisable by statutory instrument. (3) An instrument containing regulations under this Act is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
