(1) The fixing of the common seal of the Executive shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chair or some other person authorised by the Executive to act for that purpose. (2) A document purporting to be duly executed under the seal of the Executive or signed on its behalf shall be received in evidence and shall be deemed to be so executed or signed unless the contrary is proved. (3) This paragraph does not apply to Scotland.
