s 10 Certificate of registration etc.
(1) The registrar shall issue— (a) to a person registered in Part I or Part II of the register a certificate of registration in the prescribed form; (b) to a person registered in Part III or Part 4 of the register an acknowledgement of such registration in the prescribed form. (2) The Council shall make rules as to the surrender of certificates and acknowledgements issued under subsection (1) of this section.
