s 14 The Disciplinary Committee.
(1) The Council shall set up a committee ... to be known as the Disciplinary Committee, for the consideration and determination of disciplinary cases referred to it under the last foregoing section and of any other cases of which they have cognizance under section 9 or any of the following provisions of this Act. (2) The provisions of Schedule 3 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the constitution of, and proceedings before, the Disciplinary Committee.
