Sch 1 para 4
The Secretary of State may pay to (a) the chairman of a Health Board, (b) such other members of a Health Board as may be prescribed, and (c) such members of committees and sub-committees of a Health Board as may be prescribed, such remuneration as he may, with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service, from time to time determine.
