(2) In section 86(3) for the words “Part II of the |National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947" substitute the wprds “Part II of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978". (3) In section 94(1), in the definition of “hospital", for the words “1947" substitute the words “1978".
