s 10Z17 Transfer of staff
For the purposes of section 12CA, the functions conferred on, delegated to or otherwise exercisable by HIS are to be treated as functions transferred from a health service body; and for the purposes of that transfer— (a) NHS Quality Improvement Scotland is to be treated as the transferor authority; (b) HIS is to be treated as the transferee authority; and (c) the date on which section 10A is commenced is to be treated as the transfer date.
