s 10Z7 Regulations: independent health care services
(1) Regulations may impose, in relation to independent health care services, any requirements which the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate for the purposes of this Part. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) regulations may make it an offence to contravene or fail to comply with— (a) any specified provision of the regulations; or (b) a condition of registration for the time being in force. (3) A person who commits an offence under the regulations is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale. (4) Before the Scottish Ministers make regulations containing provision as mentioned in subsection (2), they must consult such persons, or groups of persons, as they consider appropriate.
