s 110 Citation, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be cited as the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978. (2) Subject to subsection (3) subsections (2A) and (3) , this Act extends only to Scotland. (2A) Section 87B(3) extends also to England and Wales. (3) Paragraph 3 of Schedule 10 extends to other parts of the United Kingdom. (4) This Act shall come into force on 1st January 1979.
