s 95 Application of certain provisions of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967.
The following provisions of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 shall, with any necessary modifications, apply to the Commissioner, to his officers and to a body subject to investigation as they apply to the Commissioner under that Act, to his officers and to a department or authority concerned:— section 7 (procedure in respect of investigations); section 8 (evidence); section 9 (obstruction and contempt); section 11 (secrecy of information), except subsection (4); and in sections 7(1) and 8(1) of the said Act of 1967 as applied by this section the words “ the principal officer of ” and “ Minister ” shall be omitted.
