Sch 6 para 15
In relation to any person who was provisionally registered under section 17 of the 1956 Act immediately before section 16 of the 1978 Act came into operation— (a) section 15 of the 1956 Act shall continue to have effect as it had immediately before that date; (b) section 10 of this Act shall not have effect; and (c) the remaining provisions of this Act shall have effect as if references to or to the provisions of section 10 of this Act were references to or to the provisions of section 15 of the 1956 Act.
