(1) The following decisions are appealable registration decisions for the purposes of this Schedule— (a) a decision not to register a person’s name in the register under subsection (1)(a) ... , (c) or (d) of section 15 (qualification for registration) on the grounds that any of the requirements of that section are not met; (aa) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
