Sch 4B para 1 Definitions
(1) In this Schedule a “Committee” means— (a) the Professional Conduct Committee; (b) the Professional Performance Committee; (c) the Health Committee; or (d) the Interim Orders Committee. (2) A “party” to proceedings means, unless the context otherwise requires— (a) the person to whose registration the proceedings relate; or (b) the Council .
