In section 35(3) (added by section 15 of the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983)— (a) for “Part II of the Dentists Act 1983” substitute “ section 32 of the Dentists Act 1984 ” ; and (b) for “order under Part III of” substitute “ an order of the Health Committee under ” .
