s 36E Rules relating to the dental care professionals register
(1) Rules may make provision relating to— (a) the form of an application by a person seeking registration under a title in ... the dental care professionals register ; (b) the manner in which an application under paragraph (a) is to be made; (c) the evidence and information which an applicant must supply in support of an application under paragraph (a) (other than evidence and information falling within section 36CA(1)) ; (d) the details which must be entered in the dental care professionals register; and (e) the procedure for the making, alteration and deletion of entries in that register. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 36EA .
