Sch 4 para 9
(1) If it appears to the Authority that it is necessary to do so in order to discharge their duties efficiently, the Authority may, with the consent of the Secretary of State and the Treasury, set up a regional office in any place in England and Wales. (2) The Authority may delegate any of their functions to a regional office.
