Sch 6 para 1
The following section shall be inserted after section 31 of the Game Act 1831— Powers of constables in relation to trespassers. (31A) The powers conferred by section 31 above to require a person found on land as mentioned in that section to quit the land and to tell his christian name, surname, and place of abode shall also be exercisable by a police constable.
