The following section shall be inserted after section 18— Appeals in cases of contempt of court. (18A) (1) A person who wishes to appeal under section 13 of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 from any order or decision of the Crown Court in the exercise of jurisdiction to punish for contempt of court shall give notice of appeal in such manner as may be directed by rules of court. (2) Notice of appeal shall be given within twenty-eight days from the date of the order or decision appealed against. (3) The time for giving notice under this section may be extended, either before or after its expiry, by the Court of Appeal.
