In subsection (1) of section 20A of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (power of court to add condition as to charge and control of offender in care), at the end of the first paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the words or (c) by virtue of section 15(1) of this Act in a case where— (i) the supervision order for which the care order was substituted was made under section 7(7) of this Act; and (ii) the offence in respect of which the supervision order was made was punishable with imprisonment in the case of a person over 21,
