(1) The following paragraph shall be substituted for subsection (1)(d) of section 25 (enforcement of Northern Ireland orders)— (d) the references to the laying of an information in section 7(2) and (4) of this Act included references to making a complaint under Article 20 of the Magistrates’ Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981. (2) In subsection (3) of that section the words “varying or revoking a previous Order in Council" shall cease to have effect.
