s 28 Documentary evidence— supplementary.
(1) Nothing in this Part of this Act shall prejudice— (a) the admissibility of a statement not made by a person while giving oral evidence in court which is admissible otherwise than by virtue of this Part of this Act; or (b) any power of a court to exclude at its discretion a statement admissible by virtue of this Part of this Act. (2) Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect for the purpose of supplementing this Part of this Act.
