s 46 Maximum term of imprisonment on summary conviction under Prevention of Crime Act 1953 and maximum fine under Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959.
(1) In section 1(1)(a) of the Prevention of Crime Act 1953 “ six months ” shall be substituted for “three months". (2) The maximum fine that may be imposed for an offence under section 1 of the Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959 shall be a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale. (3) This section shall not have effect in relation to anything done before it comes into force.
