(1) Section 2 of that Act (circumstances in which authorised representative has right to visit etc. disabled person) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (3)(a) for the words from second “the" to “by" there shall be substituted “ for the words “if so requested by the disabled person" there shall be substituted “if so requested by any person mentioned in section 1(3)(a)(i) or (ii)">." ” (3) In subsection (5) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted— (bb) in accommodation provided by or on behalf of a local authority under Part III of the Children Act 1989, or (4) After paragraph (c) of subsection (5) there shall be inserted— (cc) in accommodation provided by a voluntary organisation in accordance with arrangements made by a local authority under section 17 of the Children Act 1989, or
