s 104A Regulations made by the Welsh Ministers under section 31A or Part 7
(1) Any power of the Welsh Ministers under section 31A or Part 7 to make regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument. (2) Any such statutory instrument shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
