s 13J Removal from a register on grounds of fraud or error
(1) If it is proved to the satisfaction of the Fitness to Practise Committee that the entry of a person’s name in a register has been fraudulently procured or incorrectly made, or that an entry relating to a specialty or proficiency has been fraudulently procured or incorrectly made in a register, the Committee may, if they think fit, direct that the person’s name or, as the case may be, entry, be removed. (2) Where the Fitness to Practise Committee direct that a person’s name or entry relating to a specialty or proficiency shall be removed from a register under this section, the registrar shall serve a notification of the direction on that person and of that person’s right of appeal against it in accordance with section 23G below.
