In section 25 of that Act (Northern Ireland) after subsection (4) there shall be inserted the following subsection— (4A) Section 24(1) above shall have effect in relation to Northern Ireland as if for the definition of “food” there were substituted the following definition— “ “ food ” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 2(2) of the Food (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, except that it includes water which is bottled or is an ingredient of food;”
