(1) The following provisions of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 shall be amended as follows. (2) In section 30D, after the words “and 1965” there shall be inserted the words “ and of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ” . (3) In section 61(9), at the end, there shall be inserted the words “ (in relation to Scotland) or section 82 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (in relation to England and Wales) ” .
