(1) Section 151 of the Mines and Quarries Act 1954 (matters deemed statutory nuisances) shall be amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2), for the words “Part III of the Public Health Act 1936” there shall be substituted the words “ Part III of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ” . (3) In subsection (3), for the words “Part III of the Public Health Act 1936” there shall be substituted the words “ Part III of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ” .
