(1) In section 9 (functions of public and local authorities) in subsection (3) and (4) for the words “of those Ministers” there shall be substituted the words “the chief inspector or the Minister”. (2) In section 12(2), for the words “the preceding subsection” there shall be substituted the words “section 11A of this Act”.
