s 163 Financial provisions.
(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament— (a) any administrative or other expenses incurred by any Minister of the Crown in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and (b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act. (2) Any fees or other sums received by any Minister of the Crown by virtue of any provisions of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
