s 46ZE Guidance
(1) The Scottish Ministers must issue guidance on the operation of sections 46ZA to 46ZD. (2) In preparing guidance under subsection (1), the Scottish Ministers must consult waste collection authorities. (3) A waste collection authority, and an authorised officer of a waste collection authority, must have regard to any guidance issued under subsection (1).
