Sch 1 para 21
(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the provisions of this Schedule do not apply in Greater London. (2) Paragraph 5(3) of this Schedule applies in Greater London and paragraph 2(3) of Part I and of Part II of Schedule 2 shall apply as respects the temporary application of paragraph 7(1) of this Schedule in the metropolitan counties and in Greater London respectively.
