Land within an area described as the site of a proposed new town in the draft of an order in respect of which a notice has been published under paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the New Towns Act 1981. Note Land shall cease to be within this paragraph when— the order comes into operation (whether in the form of the draft or with modifications), or the Secretary of State decides not to make the order.
