s 270 Order requiring discontinuance of use etc. of operational land.
The provisions of Part III with respect to the making of orders— (a) requiring the discontinuance of any use of land; (b) imposing conditions on the continuance of it; or (c) requiring buildings or works on land to be altered or removed, and the provisions of Schedule 9 with respect to the making of orders under that Schedule shall have effect in relation to operational land of statutory undertakers as if for any reference in them to the Secretary of State there were substituted a reference to the Secretary of State and the appropriate Minister.
