s 337 Short title, commencement and extent.
(1) This Act may be cited as the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. (2) Except as provided in Part II and in Schedule 4 to the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990, this Act shall come into force at the end of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed. (3) This Act extends to England and Wales only.
