s 61Z2 Pre-application services: records and statement of services
(1) The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision requiring— (a) records to be kept of requests for pre-application services; (b) records to be kept of pre-application services provided; (c) a statement, giving information about the range of pre-application services provided by an authority or the Welsh Ministers, to be prepared and published or otherwise made available. (2) The regulations may, in particular, include provision about— (a) the form and content of the records to be kept; (b) the form and content of the statement; (c) the way in which records are to be kept; (d) the publication of the statement and the persons to whom, and circumstances in which, it is to be made available.
