s 33 Offences relating to ss. 19 and 20.
(1) Any person who contravenes section 19 shall be guilty of an offence and liable— (a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; (b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine. (2) Any person who without reasonable cause pulls down, injures or defaces any document posted in pursuance of section 19 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale. (3) Any person who fails to comply with a requirement imposed on him under section 20 shall be guilty of an offence and liable— (a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or both; (b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or both.
