(4) In section 105 (interpretation), after the definition of “ill-treatment" insert— “ income-based jobseeker’s allowance ” has the same meaning as in the Jobseekers Act 1995; (5) In paragraph 21(4) of Schedule 2 (person receiving benefit not to be liable to pay contributions), add at the end “or of an income-based jobseeker’s allowance".
