(1) Section 116 of the Administration Act (legal proceedings) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), after “Act" insert “or the Jobseekers Act 1995". (3) In subsection (2)(a), after “council tax benefit" insert “, or for an offence under the Jobseekers Act 1995,". (4) In subsection (7)(a), after “this Act" insert “or the Jobseekers Act 1995".
