(1) Section 150 of the Administration Act (annual up-rating of benefits) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), after paragraph (j) insert- (k) specified in regulations under section 4(2) or (5) of the Jobseekers Act 1995; (3) In subsection (7), after “Benefits Act" insert “or under the Jobseekers Act 1995,".
