In section 170 of the Administration Act (the Social Security Advisory Committee), in subsection (5)— (a) in the definition of “the relevant enactments", after “payments;" insert— (aa) the provisions of the Jobseekers Act 1995; (b) in the definition of “the relevant Northern Ireland enactments", after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) any provisions in Northern Ireland which correspond to provisions of the Jobseekers Act 1995; and
