(1) Section 178 of the Administration Act (reciprocal arrangements with Northern Ireland) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), after “Benefits Act" insert “, the Jobseekers Act 1995". (3) In subsection (2), after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) income-based jobseeker’s allowance; (4) In subsection (3), after “this Act" insert (in each place) “, the Jobseekers Act 1995".
