(1) In section 1(14) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (consultation by Agency with local authorities and other bodies), after “local authorities” there shall be inserted “ National Park authorities ” . (2) In subsections (1) and (2) of section 5 of that Act (assistance to the Agency from other bodies), after “local authority”, in each case, there shall be inserted “ a National Park authority ” . (3) In section 15(1) of that Act (which refers to consultation under section 1(14)), after “local authorities” there shall be inserted “ National Park authorities ” .
