In paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (meaning of “ local authority ” for the purposes of determining the tenancies to be treated as local authority tenancies), after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph— (da) a National Park authority;
