(1) In Schedule 6 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (minor and consequential amendments relating to planning) in paragraph 1, at the beginning of the subsection which that paragraph substitutes for subsection (1) of section 184 of the 1972 Act, there shall be inserted the words “ Subject to section 68 of the Environment Act 1995 (planning authority functions under National Parks legislation to be functions of National Park authorities in certain cases), ” . (2) In paragraph 2 of that Schedule, for the words “paragraphs 3 to 14” there shall be substituted the words “ paragraphs 13 and 14 ” .
