Sch 14 para 10
(1) Where an application has been made under paragraph 6 above in respect of a mining site, each of the mineral permissions relating to the site shall, from the time when the application is finally determined, have effect subject to the conditions to which it is determined under this Schedule that that permission is to be subject. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) above is without prejudice to paragraph 6(8) above.
