In section 115 of the Water Resources Act 1991, in subsection (1) (power by order to make provision in relation to an area defined by the order for the modification, in relation to the fisheries in that area, of the enactments specified in the paragraphs of that subsection) for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted— (b) of section 142 or 156 below or paragraph 6 or 7 of Schedule 25 to this Act; or
