(1) In paragraph 6 of Schedule 25 to that Act (powers to make byelaws in relation to any part or parts of the area in relation to which the National Rivers Authority carries out its functions in relation to fisheries under Part V of that Act) in sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) for the words “in relation to any part or parts”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ in relation to the whole or any part or parts ” . (2) In sub-paragraph (3)(c) of that paragraph (byelaws for the purpose of determining for the purposes of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 the period of the year during which gratings need not be maintained) for the word “gratings” there shall be substituted the word “ screens ” .
